Delivery
HDMI Stuff offers a free delivery service. This service is free and the aimed for delivery time is next working day. “Working day” as defined, by the distance selling regulation, is any day that is not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday or National holiday. HDMI stuff must receive orders by 13:00 (one o’ clock) to ensure items are dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders received on a Friday will be processed with next working day delivery – so the effective delivery day will be the following Monday.
HDMI Stuff sends out packages and parcels by different mediums in order to keep prices low and customer service high. Some items (due to size and cost effectiveness) will be sent by Royal Mail as first class delivery. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for these items. Larger items are sent by courier that will require a signature. This next working day. We also send envelopes and small packets by Royal Mail postal service. Invoices are sent separately to the item, and should be received approximately one day after you receive your item.
