Who is HDMIstuff?

Answer

HDMIstuff.co.uk is part of the Flair Electronic Systems Group. We are a family owned business based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire since 1971. Our original core business was the supply and Manufacturing of Cable Assemblies and Connectors, but moving with the industry and times have opened a Structured cabling department to meet customers requirements.  Over the years we have gained wealth of knowledge and have strong relationships with our suppliers, this means that we can offer our customers a service second to none.

Can we have a credit account?

Answer

Is the online store secure?

Answer

Yes, payments made from our website will be dealt with via Paypal one of the most used and secure payments methods on the web. For further information see the paypal website. www.paypal.co.uk

How much is the Postage and Packaging going to cost me?

Answer

Postage and Packaging on all TV brackets is free of charge, any other items purchased below the value of £100 will be subject to a £7.95 delivery charge.  Any items purchased with a TV bracket will be included in postage charge of the TV bracket

When will I receive my goods?

Answer

In most cases, (providing stock is available), orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatch the same day. Our standard delivery time is next working day delivery.  Timed delivery options and costs are available by selecting your requirements on the payment page.   Any orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched the next working day.

Can we collect our goods?

Answer

Yes, good can be collected from our Head office in Stevenage.  Britannia House, Boulton Road, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 4PQ.

Can I send my goods to a different address to the one that my credit card is registered to?

Answer

Yes, you can send your purchase to any UK address, but the invoicing address must be the same address that the credit card you are using is registered to.

We regard your privacy as very important and comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect your information only where you choose to provide it to us, either by sending information in a job application or registering your details in order to receive information about Flair Electronic Systems Limited.
